2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Any reservation made on this website implies full acceptance of the following conditions:

 

Purpose

​

• Short-term vacation rental for tourism purposes.

​

Rates and Taxes

​

• Prices are indicated in USD.

• In accordance with the law, the 13% VAT (IVA) is included 

​

Payment

​

• Payment is made via PayPal.

• The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 30 % of the total amount.

Passport

​

• In accordance with Costa Rican regulations, your passport may be requested upon arrival for guest registration and invoicing.

​

Cancellation Policy

​

• In case of cancellation, a penalty of 10% will be deducted from the deposit.

• In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the planned date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded except in case of force majeure.

 

3. Houses Rules

​

• Check-in: from 3:00 pm

• Check-out: before 11:00 am

• Capacity: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity as indicated in the accommodation description

• Liability: The owner declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of personal items or accidents occurring during the use of the facilities (pool, etc.).

​4. Jurisdiction

 

Any dispute relating to the use of the site or reservations shall be subject to the competent courts of Costa Rica.
